Project transportations are the most organizationally complex type of logistical services. They include the coordination and participation of a wide variety of specialists and structures. All steps of project transportation are under constant control and include:

• preparational works - development of the best route, selection of types of the transport, carrying out a survey of the route and all necessary research and expertise, design work, construction and infrastructure works, development of PODD, obtaining permits for the transport of large and heavy cargo, convoys organization;
  
  
• delivery organization - organization of loading and unloading operations, customs clearance, movement along the route, operational interaction with specialized service organizations during the movement;
  
  
• the final works are the dismantling of temporary structures, returning the infrastructure to its original appearance.
