The scope of services of the shipper includes:

• selection of the necessary railway vehicles, including transporters;
• issuing and coordination of loading schemes;
• coordination of routes;
• supply of the rolling stock;
• loading and securing of cargo;
• issuing of the necessary documents;
• tracking.

The scope of services of the consignee includes:

• reception of rolling stock;
• uncrediting, unsecuring and unloading cargo;
• cleaning of the rolling stock from the remains of the lashing and its delivery to the station.
